"We went to citizen Kanebridge for breakfast and we were blown away. Outstanding service and staff from Hilton and Tristram, personalised, and so welcoming. The food was delicious, and the all day menus totally suited my eclectic family wishes. It was a truly a wonderful experience and stunning yet relaxed atmosphere. I would definitely recommend coming here."

"We stopped off for a Devonshire tea. Real jam and the yummiest real cream with vanilla bean. Sooo good. Loved the atmosphere and the service was fabulous. There were some great little nooks to sit at and the historic vibe was awesome. I just wanted to stay longer for the wine bar to open, but alas had to move on!!! I'll see you again soon I hope"

The private dining rooms add a sense of exclusivity—quiet, refined spaces perfect for celebrations or long, unhurried meals. It’s a place where history lingers in the air while offering an experience that feels both intimate and enduring. From my experience this is the service in Berrima I remember from years ago. "After reading other reviews we booked here for lunch and it was fantastic. The food is exceptional, high quality ingredients, fresh and beautifully presented. We ordered the steak frites but opted for mash potatoes & leafy green salad - it was delicious. Also ordered was the grilled fish, with mash potatoes and leafy green salad. We both ordered the chocolate espresso pudding with a shot of espresso and we had this with macadamia ice cream. Hilton was the perfect host as were all the staff. Shout out to the chef who has created a beautiful menu and cooks each dish to perfection. There are plenty of dining options indoors or outdoors. It was such a lovely day today we opted to sit outside. We will definitely be returning here on our next day trip from Sydney. Highly recommend 10/10"

"We went to this restaurant today and it was absolutely amazing. The food was so delicious and the grilled fish was cooked to perfection. The steak was so tender and delicious also. You could tell what high quality the food was. The chocolate pudding was also delicious. Served with ice cream. Yum. The Manager was so helpful and all the wait staff were fabulous but I have to give the chef so much credit as well. All in all it was a great experience."
